What is the CraftPresentConvertProduceIntegrate™ System?

In all my packages, we'll follow the CraftPresentConvertProduceIntegrate™ System. We'll plug in what you have and go from there. I've used this system with many clients, and it's incredibly complete.

CRAFT
In this step you share your thoughts. They may be of a presentation you make, or one you want to make. From there we'll see what's missing - what holes need to be filled. Usually it is to begin creating a product to complement your presentation. It may be for a bonus item or to turn your live presentation into a self-study guide.

PRESENT
At the Present stage, we discuss your product (idea or physical item) to find out its strengths and weaknesses, how it can be improved on or if it fits with your company brand.

You'll run it by a sampling of your target market to make sure it answers the questions foremost in their minds. Or we may decide to offer the product at your next event. Yes, even before it's actually created. The focus of Present is to take it to the market place and see what happens.

Once you are pleased and have a vision of what you want to create, we'll then develop a plan for moving on to the next step: convert.

CONVERT
Converting is taking what you have - the raw material - and molding it into a tangible product. Taking the rough uncut stone and uncovering the diamond inside.

For example: you may have a rough audio recording of a recent presentation with a couple of handouts. From that raw material, a downloadable audio file and manual can be created, producing a

passive income-producing product for your company.

PRODUCE
Now that you have discovered the gem and designed the idea, it's
time to create the tangible product. Your old handouts are now being crafted into a guidebook. Presentation audio files are being edited, and a professional announcer is recording an introduction for you and the material with transition music. Book and CD covers are being designed. But you are doing it with ease because you have a system and the best team supporting you. While your team members stick to their expert areas and timelines, you focus on promotion - the roll-out - of your new product.

INTEGRATE
Integration is vital to the system's success. Everything you and your company do must support each another. And it has to be easy and self-sustaining. Otherwise the flow will stop.
